Projects where the openings are getting framed for the first time. We work to the rough opening schedule, coordinate with framers, and flash the units so they hold up for the next twenty years.
03 — Energy-efficient upgrades
Lower bills, fewer drafts, quieter rooms.
Single-pane and old aluminum-frame replacements are the biggest wins. Modern double- or triple-pane units with low-E coatings and gas fill drop your bills, cut drafts, and tone down outside noise. We help you spec the glass package that earns its keep for the room.

Walk the job
We come out, measure the openings, look at the existing units, and ask the questions that affect the price. Frame condition, flashing, interior trim, exterior cladding, access. Photos can get us close on a quote, but a site visit gets us exact.

Spec and quote
We help you choose the right unit — material, glazing, hardware, finish — for the room and the budget. Written estimate with the unit specs, install scope, and timeline laid out. If a repair will solve the problem instead of a replacement, we tell you.
03
Order, schedule, and install
Once you approve, we order the units. Lead times vary by manufacturer — we tell you up front. When the units arrive, we schedule the install and our crew shows up when we said they would.
04
Walk through and close out
Before we leave, we walk the job with you, demonstrate operation on every unit, and verify the seal. Anything that doesn't look right gets fixed before we collect the final payment.

How much do new windows and doors cost?
Cost depends on the number of openings, the window or door style and material, the glass and energy package, and whether the opening needs any framing repair. We quote per project after measuring.
Will new windows lower my energy bills?
