What we are
A multi-trade home services operator.
Most home services companies do one thing. A gutter company. A drywall crew. A window installer. When you have a project that needs more than one trade, you become the project manager whether you wanted that job or not.
Fort Comfort Services runs four service divisions across Colorado: drywall, gutters, insulation, and windows & doors. Whether you need one of those or all four, you're working with one company, one point of contact, one set of standards.
Our story
A trades company built by people who run the trades.
Fort Comfort Services started with gutters. A small operation in Colorado that grew because the work was good and the answers were honest. When customers asked us to do drywall, we hired drywallers. When they asked about windows and insulation, we built those divisions out the same way.
We're not a referral network. We're not a marketing front-end that hands jobs off and takes a cut. The crews on your home work for us. They show up in branded trucks. They're one team — the people on your home, the people answering your call, all of us. When something's wrong, the person responsible is reachable — not gone.
That structure costs more to run than the alternative. It's also the only way we know how to be accountable for the work.

How we're built
Four service divisions. One company.
Each division runs with its own crew and its own focus. The standards, the leadership, and the accountability are shared.
Fort Comfort Drywall
Hang, finish, patch, and texture work for residential projects across Colorado. Active revenue line. Most of our drywall work comes from larger renovation projects where we're already on site for another trade.
Fort Comfort Gutters
Our original division. Seamless gutter installation, repair, cleaning, and gutter guards. The division we built everything else on.
Insulation
Our insulation division operates under the Koala Insulation brand in Boulder. Different name, same company. Spray foam, blown-in, and batt installation across the Boulder metro service area.
Fort Comfort Windows & Doors
Window and door installation and replacement in Denver metro. Newest division. We started it because the projects we were already running needed a window crew we trusted.

What we believe
Four things we don't compromise on.
Honest assessments
If you don't need the service, we tell you. If a repair will solve the problem, we don't sell you a replacement. We'd rather lose the job than oversell it. The repeat customer math works out in our favor every time.
Real workmanship
Our crews are trained, equipped, and accountable for what they install. When something's wrong, we don't shrug and point fingers. The person standing in your driveway works for us.

When a project needs more than one of our divisions, you get one point of contact across all of them. Not four separate intakes, four separate quotes, four separate schedules. One team coordinating the work.
Clear communication
You hear back same-day on quotes. Schedule changes are flagged before they affect you. If something's going to take longer or cost more than the original estimate, you find out from us first — not from a surprise on the invoice.
