The inspiration behind Fort Comfort Gutters comes from a combination of both personal and professional experiences across our management teams. With varying backgrounds spanning different professional industries, including a combined 50+ years of trades experience and 20+ years of finance, our management team was positioned in a unique vantage point to assess the current state of affairs in property & home services. From this point, our conclusion can be summarized in saying that while property & home services are in high demand & occurring everyday around us, somehow the market generally does a subpar job combining today’s technology and market expertise to meet today’s consumers where they are. In simplest terms, while it’s true that the services have evolved and materials have modernized, the underlying fundamental element of these services have not, and worse, nor has the customer experience.
We have all been there before: Googling, or worse – on Angi’s list, calling dozens of contractors for a simple project at our home only to be told ‘the project is too small…too far…booked until next year’ or failing to get someone on the phone all together. As an example of our commitment to continuous improvement, we hold weekly training and re-training sessions across a number of subjects.
